"Rediscovering Identity" - Book Summary
Rediscovering Identity is a refreshing personal account of how one man was bound in sin with a false identity separated from Christ. The journey chronicles Skip's bondage with alcoholism and other life controlling problems and teaches the reader from a biblical perspective how to break free from the strongholds of a false identity. He very briefly describes his own experience of being rooted in the church but how the influence of sin and modern culture reshaped his identity into something that was false until Christ came to set him free. His life was changed as one man began to invest in his life, teaching him not only how to be free but also how to be one that sets others free. The book not only chronicles this life but also teaches how to reap benefits from a healthy identity, knowing who you are in Christ.
